There is a slit on the left side that starts right under the 4th button from the bottom. The sleeves have elastic on the shoulders and cuffs and could be worn off or on the shoulders. The back of the dress has scrunched elastic in between the shoulder blades, and three seams down the middle of the dress starting under the elastic.
