Vintage cottagecore gray striped long sleeve dress XS/S

Vintage gray striped dress featuring side seam zipper, button-up front, contrast collar and cuffs, and long sleeves. Fabric is a medium to heavy weight woven textile, possibly cotton or linen. Gorgeously made, fully lined with a lightweight polyester lining, has no tag. I don't know the exact date of this dress, but it has an invisible zipper, so it must be 1960s or newer. Size fits a modern XS to Small (please see measurements below). I'm a 31.5-25.5-36 and it fits comfortably; I'm 5'3" (closer to 5'4") and it's just a little above ankle length on me. Condition is pre-owned/vintage like new. Only a small spot on the shoulder and "rust" marks where the buttons have rubbed the fabric (please see photos). Otherwise in really beautiful condition, no underarm stains.
