Is the leather torn on the strap or just discolored?

@patsstuff46 , hi there! There is some regular wear and tear on the straps from usage. Mostly on the inside of the straps from the part that wears on the shoulder. I did purchase these leather strap protectors (like what you use for luggage straps) and used with it (this bag was primarily for travels or stays or carry on) that worked great and weren’t too noticeable. There are also some cracks on the lower part of the straps (also pictured).
