Description A lighter alternative to the signature Ultra Heavy Flannel (UHF) shirts, the 9oz Selvedge unbrushed flannels offer classic Iron Heart styling in a cooler, more breathable option for the spring months. This season's shirts feature a timeless check pattern, seen here in a Work cut in a yellow/indigo colourway. Slowly woven to add weight and texture, the darkest yarns in the pattern are indigo dyed while the lighter shades are sulphur cheese dyed to allow for natural fading over time. With only four shuttle looms in Japan capable of producing this intricate pattern (which requires the weft yarn to be changed mid-weave), our SS25 shirts are some of the most unique Japanese-made flannels available this season.
