Blue dress with puff sleeves by A New Day. The sleeves of this dress can be worn on or off the shoulders. When worn on the shoulders, it has a square neckline. The dress is a pullover, has pockets, big pouffy sleeves, and hits above the knees. The back has a smocked elastic band that creates a cutout or opening in the mid-section of the back. The top of the skirt in the back also has a strip of elastic. It has a bit of an empire waistline. It is new, never worn, but without tags. Size SMALL. It is made of 100% cotton. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, medium iron. Measurements: 33" long, shoulder by neckline, when wearing on shoulders, to front bottom 16" wide, armpit seam to armpit seam, measuring front. Will stretch because of elastic back. 16" wide, at empire waist, side seam to side seam. The back of the waist/skirt has an elastic band to provide some stretch.
