90s vintage Lip Service dress! Size medium and stretchy, approximate measurements in photos. Black faux leather base in that stretchy wet look style material with crinkle designs embedded in the fabric. Corset style top section with adjustable lace up front, sweetheart bustline, and princess seams. Pencil hugging style skirt section with seams continuing down to the bottom. Slightly flared bottom hem with blue lace embroidery design all the way around. Back-zip closure. Some slight wear on the straps and tiny barely noticeable snag on the front bottom half but overall great condition!
