This coat, the “Emily”, is EVERYTHING! Vaute Couture was an incredible all vegan woman owned and made in NYC brand that closed several years ago. I got this coat, LOVED it, and very happily found another that suits me better these days. A unique and rare find that I really would love it to go to someone who needs a warm and very versatile piece. Rich burgundy color. You can remove the hood! And the asymmetrical zipper situation is so sleek. Most of importantly, this coat like all of her pieces, is ridiculously cozy for even the coldest days and made entirely from cruelty free and sustainable materials. This was part of a limited batch made in Brooklyn sometime around 2015-2018? Very nice vegan moleskin type material outer (organic cotton) with a light vegan puffer material (recycled poly and organic cotton) inside. Flat measurements: 16” shoulders, 24” sleeve length, 36” overall length. Reasonable offers welcome.
