frankiegoods @ariane_5ummer Hi! I flat laid to measure and the PTP was 16 inch across (or 32 inch circumference roughly). I also flat measured the waist just below where the cutouts sit, it was 17 inch across (or roughly 34 inch circumference). The side ties are threaded through the waist so they can be adjusted to create a more cinched waist if desired! The dress is 50% cotton, 50% polyester.
