These are Officer Lou and Sideshow Bob. Bags 8-12 are unopened and included. The other Minifigures are not included. There may be some minor missing pieces apart from the missing Minifigures (less than 5) . Overall, the set is basically complete apart from this. The Simpsons lego set is new.
