@pbochko I've never used a crinoline but it looks like the dress has a pretty full skirt so I think it probably could but I'm not 100%. Is there a measurement or picture I could send you that would help you determine?

Maybe if you lay the dress flat and spread out the fabric? That may show how much the dress can fluff out? I need it to have a full skirt. Thanks so much.
