This tall cloche style 1960s hat is super soft since it is fur felt. It has a super high crown that can be pushed down or worn as a high rounded bubble. A wide ribbon hat band is is decorated with black loopy bugle beads. The right side has a wired bow. 9 1/2" high if not folded down. A 3" wide brim. It is unlined but has a black inner hat band. La Scala Genuine Lustre Imported Hare's Fur is imprinted inside the hat. Inside Circumference - 21 inches It will not pull down low on the head unless you have a smaller head size. These 60s hats were meant to fit high on the head, over the teased hair.
