Stella McCartney Pre Fall 2009 Collection Silk Grommet embellished shift dress. Over the head entry, rear neck tie with ribbon, 100% silk, pockets. One owner. Good condition. A few runs in the silk, pictured as best as I can. The original Stella McCartney label has come out and it is currently safety pinned in, pictured. Finally, the original grosgrain tie at the rear of garment has gone astray, so has been replaced with another grosgrain ribbon.
