bransonhhp24@vicnbill51 they have an elastic waistband. I stretched the measure 19”. I stretched them beyond 23”. They have a 29” inseam. They are 72% cotton, 25% REPREVE recycled polyester and 3% spandex. They are stretchy Jeggings.

vicnbill51Can I get sizing on these too across waist and inseam as well as rise. I've got the kancan ones from them. So curious on the fit and what's the fabric content on these. I'm looking for stretchy skinny jeans. Thanks so much
