This is a vintage Heirloom Collectibles patriotic patchwork cardigans size large, a classic example of cottagecore and "grandmacore" aesthetic from the late 90's, early 2000's. This sweater features an "Americana" theme, characterized by embroidered and appliquéd hearts, stars, and American flag patches in red, white, and blue. Made of a soft ramie and cotton knit blend, it features a yellow base with embroidered buttons down the front and colorful floral and heart accents mixed with patriotic motifs.
