Sleeveless midi dress with a V-wrap front. Navy vertical stripes on a white base. Fitted waist with subtle belt detailing. Flared skirt for movement and a polished silhouette. Well made. This is new with tags however it says size 18 on the sale tag. However the tag on dress says 12 and when I tried it on it fit me and 12 is the size I wear. Just cleaning out closest. I have too many dresses.
