buckhead_closet@lkp2011 Hello - this item is most likely a true medium - I would guesstimate that sizes 6-10 could easily fit into this dress comfortably. I lost a few pounds and thought I could get away with an M, but really needed the L... especially at my age :) The dress has stretch so it is forgiving. Hope that helps.
