1930’s Art Deco Jakob Bengal Bracelet. Bright, rich, Cobalt Blue artisan glass beads (imitating blue chalcedony) are paired with silver tone, chrome plated Byzantine metal knots and toggle clasp. Jacob Bengal was a German jewelry designer who was known for costume jewelry of the Art Deco/modernist/machine age period. He was inspired by French Avant-garde fashion trendsetters like Coco Chanel. Most of his pieces were unmarked. This is a smaller piece. Probably best for a 6” wrist (or a little under) to allow room for movement.
