Emerald Green Ruffled Halter Tulle Party Dress

Deep emerald green halter dress with ruched bodice. Satin wrap-style waist. Full layered ruffle tulle skirt with subtle sparkle. I had this altered to be a halter top instead of the normal straps or strapless you can also tie the straps around the jump ring or safety pin. Because of this, I’m listing the item at a little bit lower price, but it has nothing to do with the effect of the dress. I think it supported me better and held up better.
