Kramer of New York was a well-known costume jewelry brand famous for its high-quality, "runway-ready" pieces. This stunning necklace dates back to the 1950’s-60’s and showcases four strand of black confetti lucite beads (black base with silver specks of glitter) and silver-tone accents. Adorned with an ornate a pair of silver-toned metal connectors shaped into the word "MOM" in a stylized script leading to the shepherd’s hook closure.
