Retrofete DANDIE SKIRT XS

The Dandie Skirt is a low rise flare mini skirt finished with delicate lace trim at the waist and hem. Pair it with the Kismet Top for vacation days, brunch plans, and warm-weather outings. I am typically a size small. If worn as low rise it will be TTS.
