@ramaryso You need a laptop or desktop - or maybe you can check if your local library has computers you can use that allow you to use iTunes to load the music - if that’s not possible , then you should buy an iPod touch which does not require iTunes just WiFi - but then you need a music subscription with Apple Music or Spotify
