Like new! Forest Ink doesn't come with tags. So sad, as it's beautiful and well made, but it doesn't follow Forest Ink's size chart. Actually holding it up to my PVC top from them, which IYKYK how bad the sizing was on those(I sized up twice and could have again) they look the same. Please reference my flat lay measurements in the photos before buying! This runs small and I'm trying to help the next buyer not have my disappointing experience.

what are the flat measurements/ what size mannequin is this displayed on?

The tape measure is shown in the photos for the flat measurements. This is a relisting and the mannequin is the first seller's, not sure on size.
