This boutique-brand raincoat is totally reversible, so it doesn’t have tags. One side shows off small black dots on a shiny maroon background, or flipped inside out it can be worn as all black. Buttons and pockets on both sides. Sleeves can be cuffed. Pleated hood accommodates any hairstyle. Water Repellent. Machine Washable. 100% Polyester, according to brand website. Garments that are pleated also allow a generous tolerance in sizing; as a size medium, I was able to wear this over my outfits but never tried it over heavy winter sweaters.
