Vintage Burleigh Ware Cauliflower Vase

This is a rare Burleigh Ware "Cauliflower" vase, manufactured by Burgess & Leigh in Burslem, England. This specific light blue version is an unusual color variant of their vegetable-themed Art Deco and mid-century designs. The vase features a highly textured, embossed motif of cauliflower heads and leaves and versions of this pattern date from the 1930s (Art Deco) through the 1950s. In excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or crazing of the glaze. The interior has staining from holding flowers.
