Medium is a guess based on other dresses I have from this era.
Elastic Waist, Elastic at wrists. Sheer All over. Elastic shows no dry rot.
Measurements Laying flat:
Bust 18"
Length 39"
Waist 13"
Sleeve 21"
Sheer fabric. Fabric tag is missing. My guess is a polyester blend.There is good stretch in the waist because of the elastic waist.
This dress is beautifully kept.
