@vmijo Hi! Sorry for the delay — the bust (unstretched) is approximately 20 inches across, with approximately 2 inches additional of stretch with the back panel smocking. I’m a 38DDD and it fits me (but would likely work even better for a bit smaller size).
The waist is approximately 18.5” (no elastic stretch, just a bit of natural “give” to the cotton).
