Farm Rio Pineapple Garden Shoulder Tie Midi Dress XL

Reposhing this item I purchased from @katiebstyle. Loved it, absolutely gorgeous pattern, but it is too big. I have found that Farmrio runs small to true to size and I would say this actually fits like a true XL (probably up to 18). The elastic band at the top is very stretchy (will stretch to 30” pit to pit- but it is a solid elastic and even stayed up on me without the straps so you could convert this to strapless if you want to for some reason!) some very slight possible discoloration on straps although it’s hard to tell since the color is not bright white.
