We try our best to reuse packing materials and boxes. We want your item to arrive to you safely while also trying to practice sustainability. If you choose to return, the item will need to be in the same condition as it was when it was shipped (i.e. tags attached, unworn if new, etc). We are humans. We make mistakes.
