Vintage 70s / 80s hand woven purple textile bag by Nellie Burnham. Beautiful artisan-made purse featuring a rich purple woven yarn body with multicolor textured stripe detailing, braided shoulder / hand strap, fringe trim, and tassel-style side accents. Fully lined in purple fabric. Great boho, folk art, cottagecore, grannycore, festival, or art-to-wear piece. Lightweight and soft structured with a handmade feel. Likely dates to the 1970s–1980s based on the handwoven construction, fringe detailing, braided handle, and artisan label. Approx. 10" wide x 10.5" long Near perfect vintage condition overall. Exterior is excellent with no major visible flaws. Interior has a blue-toned stain on the lining, but it is not visible when looking into the bag normally — only visible if the inner liner is pulled out. Please see photos.
