Express Black Leather Belt with Distressed Gold Buckle, Size S

Genuine leather black belt from Express. Double tongue distressed gold tone belt buckle. I am not sure if this buckle was made to look distressed or if it is just scratched. It is odd that the leather is in such good condition, looking virtually unused, but the buckle is so distressed!
