Sleepypod pet carrier for animals up to 12lbs. Model name is "Atom". Used only twice (to go to the vet). Incredible quality (legitimately the best carrier we have owned) but our guy no longer fits in it. The only thing that's missing is the plastic insert "privacy panel" that you slide under the mesh.
