I know this a vintage because it was in my family. This particular pin Italian has a center of mini mosaic glass flowers surrounded by two borders. The first closest to the center is a combination of filigree and glass mosaic. The outermost border is filigree. These pins were first made in the late 1800's to the 1930's for souvenirs for tourists taking the "Grand Tour" of Europe. Pins were also made in the Art Deco Era, and a second wave of these pins were produced in the Mid Century. In excellent vintage condition.
