THIS SERENELY ELEGANT SIZE 8 OFF-THE-SHOULDER FIT-AND-FLARE PARTY/COCKTAIL DRESS BY ANN TAYLOR, IN A BEAUTIFUL SHADE OF TEAL GREEN, is pre-owned, an estate-sale purchase, but apparently unworn, with an original tag and plastic packet containing shoulder straps attached (pictures #10 & 11), in near-perfect condition, with no defects, damage, or signs of wear. In classic fit-and-flare style, it consists of a close-fitting off-the-shoulder bodice joined to a flaring knee-length skirt. It has belt loops and a satin sash at the waist, buttons on the inside where the shoulder straps can be attached if desired (picture #12), and a strap on the inside with a clasp with 2 setting to help maintain a secure fit (picture #13). It closes with a clasp and zipper on the left side and is fully lined in lustrous teal-green 100% acetate fabric. The outer fabric is a blend of cotton (76%) and silk (24%), dry clean only recommended. The size is given as 8, but prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of a dress that they know fits well prior to purchase. Measurements are: chest, pit to pit 16.75"; waist 15"; hemline 35.25"; length (in back, neckline to hem) 33.5". If you like the dress but not the price, don’t despair, I’m willing to negotiate.
