cherylmdg Ok we are close. First I want confirm waist at 14”. It looks like a frame so waist would be greater than bust and more fitted. Were the back pleats folded closed? Is it cotton with some stretch or poly poplin?

cherylmdg Sorry to be confusing. If the waist is the same as the bust that makes sense and you answered the question. By the pleats if they were compressed when being measured (the folds pressed down instead of fanning out) that could have meant the measurement didnt capture the fabric within the fold and there are several. I was just problem solving the 14”:measurements. You have been absolutely wonderful.
