I bought these and used them on a few flights. They are not refurbished. I bought them new at the airport when I realized I lost my other Bose. I was gifted a pair of Bang & Olufsen headphones, so I am replacing these. They are in excellent condition having used them on just a few flights, probably around a dozen times. Sound quality is excellent. I was very happy with them. I do not have the original box. Includes instructions, carrying case, charging cords and wire jacks. Very Clean.
