VTG 80s Velvet + Taffeta Bow Dress

Bold vintage party dress (unlabeled). Cutout back with chic triple bow detail. Sweetheart neckline. Ruched, slightly puffy shoulders. Royal blue velvet with iridescent blue taffeta. Totally 1980s glam, but still so perfect for a modern formal event. This dress is in great vintage condition. There are no labels at all. Best fit is likely a 00; shown on a size 2/4 mannequin and the dress is too small to zip on the mannequin. Photo 8 shows that the dress does fully zip up in back.
