Who said being glamorous means sacrificing comfort? This dress is comfy, stretchy, and beautiful! This particular dress is cotton with a black top and a feathered black, white, and gold print skirt. Very stretchy due to side panels—easily could fit a size 4-10 in my opinion. Halter strap is detachable, so the dress could be worn strapless. Or you could style it with a top underneath or a sweater for all season wear. Has lovely petticoat underneath.
