Vintage Jackie O/Audrey Hepburn '60s 'Little black dress' with jacket

This '60s era dress + little jacket are in excellent condition for their age. There are no designer or size labels for this dress; I suspect that it may have been made to measure as a custom order. Pls see measurements in pictures. Both are fully lined. Not sure what fabric it is, but I suspect taffeta. Some signs of wear are visible in the armpit areas.
