From the top of the strap to the hem is approx 49-60", but the strap is adjustable. From just below the bust to the hem is approx 38"

@maryjane168b thanks for your interest. Aqua runs small as a brand. Medium is more like a small often. It's hard to measure that style though. There is no real pit to pit measurement
