This is the 1983 Cabbage Patch Kid Issabel Ranna with her red yarn hair in ribbons and green eyes! She’s wearing a red track jacket, white and blue striped shirt, jeans and white and pink sneakers! (Please note the stains on the sneakers and collar of the shirt.) The original birth certificate — signed by Xavier Roberts — is included and acts as a certificate of authenticity.
