his is an authentic Weidlich Bros. Manufacturing Co. antique open salt cellar, pattern 3853, crafted in the early 1900s. It features a beautifully embossed Art Nouveau silver-plated base with flowing leaf and scroll designs, paired with its original deep cobalt-blue glass liner. These salts were used on elegant dining tables before modern salt shakers became common.
The piece measures approximately 2 inches tall, 2–2.25 inches across the top, and around 9 inches in outer circumference. The silver-plated base shows light age-appropriate patina, adding to its antique charm, while the cobalt insert is in excellent vintage condition. A gorgeous collectible for Victorian, Art Nouveau, or fine tableware enthusiasts.
