Vintage Irwin Kewpie Dolls

These are vintage Irwin Kewpie dolls made of hard plastic or celluloid, manufactured by Irwin Plastics in the United States during the 1940s to 1950s. They feature a classic teardrop-shaped head, molded tufts of hair, big side-glancing eyes, and a small impish mouth. Starfish Hands: Their distinctive hands feature widely separated fingers, often referred to by collectors as "starfish hands".Articulated Arms: The arms are separate pieces attached via internal rubber bands or tension strings, allowing them to rotate. Each doll is approximately 4 inches tall.
