Such a cute dress! NWT - I ordered two sizes and kept one. I have the removable sleeves (last pic) but just chose to take them off when I was trying it on and taking pics. Note that the “made in” tag came off for some reason so it’s not totally on. Marked 6 which I believe us UK 6, fits like a US 2 or like XS-S. Lowball offers will not be accepted.

sandbox15 @ellespringer It’s a smocked top so there is stretch, but I couldn’t say for sure if it would fit a medium - everyone is different and it depends on bust size as well.
