Buttons have a dark Gray - Black metallic look and are slightly rounded for a dressy style. Lightly fitted at waist for a more feminine look. Some photos appear blue, but this jacket is purple. Some of my photos appear to have a slightly washed out or faded color due to lighting issues, but this is a new jacket, never worn, not faded at all. The hanging photos are a little too dark.
