Does have tears in the under layer as shown. I didn't check every rhinestone to see if any were off but didn't notice any. It's not laundered I'm scared to, it's old and smells old. Has some spots on it that may launder off. The lace is stunning. Has some armpit staining. Appears to be hand made no tags
