I am regularly a size 4, bust 34small-C, 16” shoulder, 26” waist, 39” hips. I’m 5’6” so this was right below my ankle bone. Dress is a true size 6. Because this is a size 6 it fit very loose and flowy from empire waist down on me. Dress could fit a very wide range of sizes.
