Dress top looks black, but it is navy. Was to small for the manequin, so did take a pic of it fully zipped on hanger. No marks, see pics for some snags/runs on back bottom. It kept catching on my chair. Very cute on and fits great.

@suseconlin I dont have a flexable tape measure….across front is 15”…back is the same. There is NO stretch to it.
