Stunning vintage silk navy slip dress with lace bodice and ribbons that can cinch the front and back. Silk satin and sheer silk chiffon panels, along with a pretty lace accent. The hem is flowy and scalloped. No tags at all, it’s from a marketing shoot from over 20 years ago, and even then it was likely vintage. Reminds me of Chloe during the Phoebe Philo years.
