The Jacket is a Wrap Top with Bat Sleeves & has Ruching all the way down the outer sleeve, wide waist band and 2 silver buckles. Wear it with Jeans or the matching skirt! The straight skirt has a peplum ruffle along the hips and coming to a V in the front. Back zipper and kick pleat. Depending on your height it’s a Mini or just above knee.
