Lightweight Semi-sheer Blue Long-Sleeve Tie Cuff Blouse

Elegant blue blouse with long sleeves and tie cuffs. Lightweight, drapey fabric. It is semi-sheer, so underclothes would have to be coordinated. I'm average height with typical arm length for size Large. The ties on this blouse come just to my wrists, and do not cover over my bracelets or watch. This was a plus for me, but women with longer arms should be aware of that. Good used condition.
